Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and engage with potential customers and partners in the UAE solar market.
Prepare and present quotations proposals and contracts.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide after-sales support.
Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and product innovations.
Collaborate with the procurement and technical teams to meet client needs.
Generate periodic sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
3 5 years of sales/business development experience in the solar equipment distribution industry (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of solar components and market dynamics in the UAE
Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills
UAE driving license (preferred)
Candidate must be currently based in Dubai
Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
