JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead BIM coordination efforts for multiple largescale projects ensuring effective integration of architectural structural and MEP disciplines.
- Oversee the development review and quality control of BIM models to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with architects engineers and other project stakeholders.
- Organize and lead coordination meetings with project teams to facilitate model reviews updates and progress tracking.
- Develop and enforce BIM standards workflows and best practices across all project phases.
- Provide training guidance and support to junior BIM modelers and coordinators helping them understand project requirements and improve modeling accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends software advancements and BIM methodologies to enhance project efficiency and deliverables.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in BIM coordination with proven expertise in managing complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software including Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of building codes construction standards and clash detection principles.
- Exceptional organizational problemsolving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with crossfunctional teams and presenting technical information to clients.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and experience with green building certifications (e.g. LEED) is a plus.
