Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Foreground you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for middle/seniorlevel and executive roles across multiple industries. Initially this position will be commissionbased with a competitive base salary structure that will be implemented following a successful probation period. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in headhunting managing executive searches and sourcing talent from the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Search and Headhunting
- Lead endtoend executive search processes for seniorlevel and Csuite roles across various industries.
- Utilize advanced headhunting techniques to identify attract and engage with passive candidates in the GCC.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to clients specific requirements including targeted talent mapping and market research.
Client Management and Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain longterm client relationships acting as a trusted advisor in all recruitment matters.
- Understand clients strategic needs culture and market position to effectively match highcaliber talent to their organizations.
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists ensuring candidates meet clients high expectations for experience and cultural fit.
Candidate Engagement
- Engage with seniorlevel candidates conducting indepth interviews and assessments to understand their qualifications experience and career aspirations.
- Provide candidates with insights and guidance regarding market opportunities interview preparation and career growth.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent and proactive communication at all stages of the recruitment process.
Consultancy and Advisory Services
- Advise clients on effective recruitment strategies market conditions and talent availability.
- Offer consultation on role requirements salary benchmarking and market conditions to ensure a competitive hiring process.
- Assist in negotiations related to job offers including compensation and benefits to secure a successful placement.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in recruitment specifically focusing on executive search and seniorlevel positions.
- Proven track record of headhunting and managing executive search assignments across the GCC region.
- Demonstrable experience in successfully placing senior executives and highlevel professionals across industries such as FMCG construction technology healthcare and financial services.
- Deep understanding of the talent landscape cultural dynamics and business environment within the GCC.
- Strong experience in advanced sourcing methodologies including market mapping direct headhunting and leveraging executive networks.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and highlevel candidates.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients with a consultative and solutionsoriented approach.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in executive recruitment or talent acquisition are a plus.

Probation Period:
