Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Traffic Strategies:
- Craft and implement innovative strategies for amplifying positive content and campaigns, leveraging traffic resources and ads effectively and efficiently.
2. Traffic Subject Matter Expertise (SME) Development:
- Ensure the development of the Traffic team to become Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and advise internal teams on the most appropriate resources to optimize the impact of their content efficiently and effectively.
3. Collaboration and Tool Capability Influence:
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners to enhance the livestream content experience.
- Influence the development of traffic tools capabilities, staying abreast of industry advancements and cooperating with the Traffic Tools team.
- Expand the array of traffic channels leveraged by the business, contributing to overall growth and impact.
4. Build Relationships and Influence Policy:
- Cultivate strong ties with Trust & Safety, GR and PR leaders internally.
- Construct compelling cases for policy changes, drawing from data, user feedback, and industry best practices.
- Serve as a crucial link between the MENA team and policy decision-makers, ensuring the team's insights are integral to decision-making.
5. Collaborate with Trust & Safety Teams:
- Foster collaboration with Trust & Safety teams to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
- Contribute valuable insights to the development and refinement of platform policies.
- Work closely with Trust & Safety leaders to address and resolve sensitive escalations.
- Build SOPs to define efficient and effective paths of escalation to reduce resolution delays.
6. Leadership and Team Development:
- Elevate the capabilities of the team through effective leadership, mentorship, and training programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- MENA experience desired.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to critically analyze and communicate the implications of policy applications.
- Experience in influencing policy decisions and building relationships with internal stakeholders. Previous experience in Trust & Safety, GR, or PR is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through relationship-building and the presentation of compelling cases for change.

- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and willingness to work irregular hours when needed.
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards and strong integrity.
