Job Description
- Maintain attendance reports and proactively coordinate attendance with departments to reduce number of colleagues pending for required sessions.
- Assist with preparation of T&C and L&D events.
- Filing of documentation after Raffles Brand Orientation, Code of Ethics, SOP training, PCI Data Security compliance updates as and when required.
- Plan and organise training sessions with the L&D Manager.
- Prepare handouts for training sessions as and when necessary.
- Prepare certificates for cross training and inhouse training.
- Promote the learning offerings within the hotel.
- Coordinate different project roll-outs and training transfers.
- Assist Quality Manager in administrative tasks, monitoring and responding to guest reviews using relevant templates.
- Updating of notice boards on a regular basis and also to monitor all other department notice boards.
- Prepare data reports using the Trustyou platform.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) (required)
- Basic knowledge of luxury hotel standards and operations
- Knowledge of statistics and general calculation, ability to analyse and process information.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. (Additional foreign language would be an advantage)
Experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern who is currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Hotel School or University.
