- Lead sales activities with both internal and external business partners to drive endcustomer acquisition development and retention.
- Design and manage communications strategies focused on attracting developing and retaining CPay endcustomers.
- Leverage analytics and experimentation capabilities to build innovative selling strategies to optimize payment lifecycle management.
- Content plan & writing for Social Media and Offline printouts.
- Setting online and offline marketing plan & implementation.
- Main contact for PSP & FinTech partners (follow up closing marketing).
- Attending online & offline meetings.
- Follow up with Internal teams and supporting functions.
- Operations & customer support via chatbot and Zendesk.
- Onboard revise and test CPay campaigns.
- Attend Classera offline & online events.
