Job summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can understand online or eCommerce business, its challenges, ways of working of sellers and brands and support the sellers to deliver the best possible customer experience.
The business development executive will work in a fast-paced and ambiguous business environment interacting with sellers, operation, and internal functions to deliver on the targets defined.
Job Requirements & Tasks
Provide assistance and support to the sellers working on the platform to scale their business online
Reaching out to new leads and providing support to existing sellers to set up portal account, listings and order management
Provide support to existing sellers to improve their overall performance and sales
Contact sellers for pricing and participation in monthly promotional campaigns
Coordinate with marketing, content, seller support and customer service teams with regards to seller related issues
Compile regular performance metric reports in Excel regarding overall seller and category performance
Familiar with Category Management and growth on online platforms
Ability to handle multiple accounts at a given time.
