Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with leadership roles in payment operations, ideally within financial services, fintech, or e-commerce, with a particular emphasis on different markets i.e Africa, LATAM
• University degree in finance, business, commerce, computer science, or a related field
• Experience in dealing with payment providers, financial services, digital wallets, digital loyalty programmes, and retail banking institutions
• Strong strategic understanding of growing businesses and ability to navigate complex challenges in the payments domain successfully
• Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration
• A mobile-first mindset and an instinct to explore and implement cutting-edge payment solutions that cater to the preferences of African customers
• Ability to deliver results in high-pressure situations
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
