- Deep understanding of business P&L statements to review tenant performance.
- Responsible for negotiating lease agreements with prospective tenants.
- Luxury retail leasing knowledge and expertise.
- Related leasing experience within the market and necessary knowledge and expertise.
- Current relationship with local and international brands.
- Preferably past working background with any of the major developers and landlords – Emaar, MAF, Dubai Holding or with a reputed leasing consultant.
