We are seeking energetic and resultsdriven individuals to join us as Telecallers. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement we want to hear from you!
Location : Dubai UAE
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customerfocused role.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and handle objections.
- Goaloriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
