Manages field staff contracts to maximize field labor cost and minimize overtime
Ensures staffers/recruiters utilize all hours allotted and allowed by client
Manages recruiting activities and achieves branch field staff recruiting goals
Ensures expiring field staff credentials are received
Ensures timely staffing for all new SOC (Start of Cares)
Supervises the daily branch operations by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s)
Ensures all Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are followed
Directs and Supervises Scheduler/Recruiter and office admin
Monitors patient authorization
Creates and manages long term strategies to achieve Viva s customer service and financial goals
Ensures patients are completely satisfied through relationship building, communication and regular patient visits Keeps Regional Director of Operations informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information and identifying trends Attends referral meet and greets with Intake nurse
Maintains office staff by recruiting, coaching, training, and conducting quarterly performance appraisals
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Provides customer service including problem resolution
Resolves non-clinical issues with field staff and office clerical staff
Provides branch operations updates to Regional Director and Administrator as needed
Assists with marketing events
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Provides effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintains confidentiality
Performs other duties as required

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position manages all non-clinical employees of the branch office and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that branch.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job is operated in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position regularly requires long hours, weekend work, some travel within the State of Texas and after hour availability via phone.
TRAVEL
Travel is primarily in the local DFW and Austin area during the business day, some out-of-area and overnight travel is expected.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Two to four year degree
Management experience
Recruiting experience
Pediatric Home Health Care experience
