Detailed Description

Accountabilities:

• To perform as analyst and quality control administrator to ensure technical coordination with team members within Retail Engineering, Consultants, Contractors, Internal business units and ENOC shared services on project related matters.

• Responsible for mapping, monitoring, and tracking all departmental process, procedures, and policies to ensure an efficient and systematic document management and quality control system is maintained.

- Review , update , develop and maintain all departmental process and procedures from time to time under guidance of Head - Retail Engineering & maintenance and in coordination with Quality Assurance dept.

• Focal point and quality system administrator for all ISO Standards (9001, 14001, 45001&50001), Enterprise Risk Management(ERM), Business Continuity Management(BCM) and internal and external audits.

• Monitoring, Tracking, and documenting all the Project related contractual critical documents such as insurances, advance bonds, and performance bonds to ensure validity and compliance with close coordination with Project managers.

• Prepare project progress reports of all projects under retail engineering to update project status to Retail management team and Retail M.D on weekly basis .

• Prepare a high-level retail project status and progress report with respect to approved retail build program on monthly basis for reporting to GCEO.

• Responsible to develop report ,schedule & conduct departmental management review on quarterly basis with Quality &Business Excellence Dept.

• Schedule counselling meeting with GPC on request by project managers/engineers for nonperformance of any supplier during project execution and keep documented counselling reports.

• Responsible to schedule and conduct vendor assessment of suppliers periodically and circulate evaluation reports to vendor management section of GPC

• Administer and register all transmittals for circulation and approval with a systemized distribution and control and documentation .

• Maintain central filing system. Maintaining all important files, ensuring filing Project/subject-wise correspondence both general and confidential.

• To schedule and organize internal and external meetings and maintain record of minutes of meeting.

• Creation of work package lists for specified projects where required

• Asset capitalization for all projects on priority terms (past and current projects)

• Coordinate with Finance for physical verification of assets and carry out Asset Tagging. Formalizing and monitoring all warranty certificates for all equipment and jobs done within the project.

• Develop and maintain record of SLAS and document Time sheets of engineering resources allocation to respective project ER to account engineering cost to project.
