Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Personal loan or financial services industry.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of credit card products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
