Open Position: Accounts Payable, Executive (Continental Car Automotive Industry)

A reputable Continental Car Automotive Industry is currently hire for Accounts Payable, Executive to join them and be based in the Selangor

Key responsibilities include:

Having a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Banking / Finance / Accounting or etc

Minimum of 2 years experience as Account Payable

Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs

Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors

Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures

Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges

Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements and etc

Provide relevant support, perform and assist in month-end closing procedures

Excellent communication skills and good time management
