Supervisor Expansion

• Ownership of dark store expansion projects
• Building forecasts for new stores in terms of financials/assortment / and replenishment logistics with internal stakeholders
• Working with brokers to identify new store locations with required coverage, and managing the serviceable area that is identified for that location
• Supervising scaleup plan ensuring adherence to go-live dates and smooth operations
• Aligning all moving parts are ready by the go-live date.
• Communicate project status, drive escalations on potential risks and delays across multiple teams and leadership
• Prepare weekly reports to internal stakeholders with the status of deliverables
• Contribute to property scouting efforts in designated areas by actively exploring the surroundings alongside the team.
• Coordinate information between various teams in the organization and landlords.

What you'll need:

• Bachelors in Business Administration or a similar field
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in commercial leasing
• Highly detail oriented with proven strong business sense
• Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets.
• Commercial and financial awareness with a full understanding of how failure impacts customer order fulfilment as well as profitability.
