- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Experience in Investment banking/Strategy consultancy will be regarded favorably
- Knowledge in data analysis with proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of the Online Classifieds space is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Big Data analysis
- Strong Financial modelling experience
- PowerBI experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation acumen
- Hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, professional, with ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
