Job Title: Store In Charge

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store In Charge with 4 to 5 years of experience in the Fabrication Oil and Gas field. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or equivalent postsecondary education. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office Email etc. along with prior experience in material handling within the Oil and Gas sector is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Book Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions including purchases receipts and withdrawals. Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
2. Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained. Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with records. Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize stock shortages and excesses.
3. Report Writing and Communication: Prepare regular reports on inventory status stock movements and other relevant metrics. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on stock availability procurement status and any issues impacting inventory management.
4. Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and operational requirements. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. Optimize store operations to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent postsecondary education preferred.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in the Fabrication Oil and Gas field.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Email etc.).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and reporting.
