We are looking for a Leads Generation Specialist who will be responsible for increasing sales and profits
by establishing viable opportunities, pursuing leads by reaching out to clients through outbound calls, virtual meetings, social media messaging and emails and evaluating potential sales opportunities. This role also is expected to deliver utmost professionalism and dedication with valuable experience in Leads Generation.

We have two core products, one a lead service that provides information on where to find a product that you can buy low, resell high, for a profit on the Amazon marketplace. The second service is a recruitment and training service for virtual assistants to work within other Amazon sellers businesses.
Over the last year, we have nearly doubled our headcount, and this shows no signs of slowing down as we continuously expand into both our UK and USA market.
All our content, services and products are educational based around training and supporting our clients in selling on the Amazon marketplaces alongside our own Amazon Business, which is separate to this.
KEY RESULT AREA #1 Lead Generation
Provide insights, suggestions, and recommendations to improve the lead generation campaigns and programs
Implement all lead generation strategies and plans based on effective evaluation of quality data and valuable research
Conduct research to identify potential prospects defining contact list and building cold and warm contacts
Generate MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
Build and manage a lead generation pipeline
Perform email marketing, cold calling, verification, and proper qualification of leads
Develop cold call script to build knowledge base
Contact prospective clients to generate sales booking calls
Respond to inbound and outbound leads in a timely manner
Conduct lead scoring, lead segmentation, and Data Cleansing
Manage data effectively in compliance with the 6 dimensions of data (Completeness, Consistency, Conformity, Accuracy, Integrity, and Timeliness) when working with campaigns, information, files, reports, dashboards, among others
Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
Performance Metrics: Fail Rate, Bounce Rate, Open Click Rate, Appointment Rate, Response Rate, Close Ratio
KEY RESULT AREA #2 Social Media
Keep the company up-to-date with social media trends and keep us ahead of the social media competition
Optimize each social media touchpoint using data, including top-of-funnel channels in the inbound and outbound landscape, middle-of-funnel channels like email nurturing, and bottom-of-funnel activities
Educate our target market about our solutions through customer-focused content, social media monitoring, and more
Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and additional channels.
Launch campaigns to boost online ratings through various channels like Google My Business, Indeed, , etc.
Monitor online brand reputation by reporting potential negative comments about the company through different digital channels
Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content and links
Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success, ranging from Facebook to LinkedIn conversations, as well as the content and links posted through these and other channels
Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target potential clients

Collaborate with different departments/ business units for all any related projects and programs

BS in Business, Marketing or any-related course from a reputable university
At least 3 years of substantial outbound sales experience and lead generation
Preferably with experience in ecommerce, start ups, and virtual companies
TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW
Proficiency with CRM software
Knowledge on BANTP, CHAMP, MEDDIC, or other qualification frameworks
Have a background in building content for email or the website
Knowledge or background in PPC and SEO.
Experience in using MOZ, AHREF, or SEMrush
Understanding of sales processes
