Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as Travel Desk Executive
Must be able to manage complete operations of travel desk (International & domestic)
Hotel Booking
Booking Air/train/bus Tickets
Visa processing
Managing other travel formalities
Generate and keep record of travel report
Coordination with internal employees, Sr Management and Top management
Must be able to work in a fast faced environment with ability to do Multitasking
Requirements
Good Communication skills Oral &Written
Good knowledge of internet
Must be good at MS Office
General Accounting, Ledgers preparation , Accounts Payables/ Receivables, MS Office (MS Word & Advance Excel)
