Spa Supervisor

We are looking for a Spa Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring that the spa is running smoothly and efficiently.

The Spa Supervisor will be required to monitor the performance of the spa staff, ensure that the spa is maintained in accordance with high standards, and ensure that guests are provided with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the spa, including scheduling of staff, ensuring that the spa is clean and well-maintained, and providing guidance and support to the staff.

Monitor the performance of the spa staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.

Ensure that all safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Keep up to date with the latest spa products and services.

Monitor the inventory of spa products and supplies and order new products as needed.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

Prepare monthly reports on the performance of the spa.
