Job Description

- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; and arranging staff schedules.
- Determining the amount of necessary resources related to workforce, raw materials, etc.
- Monitoring and enforcing health and safety standards in the production area and promoting safety.
- Understanding quality control standards and manufacturing products with proper specifications.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Supervising the work of junior staff, providing training, and conducting team meetings.
- Creating, analyzing, distributing process reports, and preparing incident reports.
- Monitoring waste and properly recycling, storage, or disposal and keeping proper waste management reports.
- Preparing daily production reports and workforce allocation reports, monitoring overtime hours of team members.
- Reviewing batch manufacturing records and other production-related documents.
- Maintaining day-to-day communication with the sales and logistics team to get order confirmation and plan production accordingly.
- To comply with the requirements of EFFCI GMP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001: 2007 standards and maintain records.
- Follow the 5S concept at the workplace and comply with the requirements of Health and safety standards.
- Monitoring all production equipment and ensure the quality, efficiency, and safety of the plant. Monitoring equipment parameters to get the desired products.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
- Ensuring QC approvals of material before dispatch. Organize sampling and monitoring despatch and warehouse operations.
- Understand and follow the ISO international standards supporting the organization for continual improvement. Keeping the process in line with the standards. Participating in the audit and maintaining the records for audit.
- Actively participate in the ongoing/new project implementation and follow the SOPs in day-to-day work.
