It comprises of several operating companies in sectors like Real Estate, Information Technology, Retail, Financial services, Consumer Products etc. Job Role: Responsible for repairs of Laptops and delivery KPI’s as specified by the brands like HP, ASUS, Lenovo, Apple, Samsung etc. Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities: 1 Responsible for repairing In Warranty and Out Warranty Laptops. 2 Should achieve the daily productivity targets. 3 Should deliver as per KPI of brands (TAT, Repeat Repair, Parts consumption) and achieve the daily targets. 4 Should handle customers who walk into the service centers with technical queries. 5 Update brand systems daily. 6 Maintain NPS of service center with good quality work and customer interaction.
