- Collaborate with customers, product managers, software developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for cloud computing and AI products.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and study customer needs to identify opportunities for new products or features.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements and user stories for both vendor-built software solutions and internal infrastructure build and software development projects.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs, ensuring alignment with product objectives and technical feasibility.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and other documentation to communicate requirements effectively.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify scope, and resolve issues, maintaining clear communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation in cloud computing and AI product development.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations, support) and external vendors to ensure successful product implementation and integration.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, validate product requirements, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in cloud computing, AI, and business analysis, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and excellence.
