Job Description

- Responsible for assisting the account managers and sales teams to meet customers and shape technical proposals, etc.
- Responsible for training, assisting and closing sales with the sales team. You will participate in very clear and fully validated leads - that will be done by the account manager and sales team.
- You will be involved in account planning quarterly. And should have a relatively clear engagement plan with associated goals/KPIs
- You will provide a costing approach to each project in terms of resources and this will be used by sales to build the commercial proposal.
- You will be responsible for onboarding a delivery team into the project and helping manage their integration with the customer and their internal team.
- The role will mean you need to be an expert in our internal products and our product strategy.
- You will be expected to be aware of developments in the field and be capable at any time of describing the future with potential clients.
- Responsible of reporting on projects risks, performance, etc
