- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies.
- Build, managed& strengthened HR divisions including recruitment/onboarding, benefits, training, performance, promotion, career development, diversity & inclusion, and engagement programs.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Initiated and updated the implementation and advancement of HR processes. - Partnering with Stakeholders to ensure that HR is aligned to support the Business Unit.
- Performance Management: Coaching Managers on Performance Management issues and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with labor law.
- company’s employment activities are aligned with practices and costs.
- Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing
appropriate decision-making skills
