Senior FPA Specialist

• Responsible for preparing budgets and forecasts for the company.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast financial performance, analyse strategic scenarios, and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations between actual financial results and budgeted.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, providing insights into the organisation's financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and supporting documentation for month-end closing.
• Develop comprehensive business plans that outline the organisation's financial objectives, strategies, and performance targets.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making on various business issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• ACCA/CA/CFA/CMA/CIMA qualification or similar is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within a multinational in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Power Bi.
• Candidates must be based in UAE.
