Senior Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design implement and manage secure cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure ensuring high availability fault tolerance and scalability.
  
• Optimize cloud resource performance and security configurations using Cloudflare including CDN DNS WAF and DDoS protection.
  
• Develop and enforce security policies and configurations across all cloud services maintaining compliance with both regulatory and organizational standards.
  
• Conduct regular penetration tests and comprehensive security assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  
• Administer virtual networks implement VPNs manage firewall settings and configure Cloudflare to boost security and performance.
  
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of applications integrating robust security practices.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure Cloudflare services and security incidents.
  
• Automate cloud operations and service deployments using AWS tools Cloudflare APIs and various scripting languages.
  
• Develop maintain and test disaster recovery plans; conduct security audits regularly to ensure the integrity of cloud infrastructure.
  
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in cloud technologies security threats and remediation strategies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing cloud infrastructure with profound expertise in AWS and Azure.
  
• Proficient in managing Cloudflare services including CDN SSL/TLS WAF and DNS.
  
• Strong understanding of network security including experience with firewalls intrusion detection systems and secure network architectures.
  
• Skilled in scripting and automation using Python Bash or similar programming languages.
  
• Familiar with DevOps practices and tools such as Git Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Exceptional problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified Security Specialty or equivalent Cloudflare credentials.
  
• Proficiency in Arabic enhancing communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
