ITP Live is the leading influencer marketing agency in the region working regularly with the biggest names worldwide such as Idris Elba Alicia Keys Floyd Mayweather Logan Paul KSI Lily Singh Ronaldinho Sergio Ramos and many others.

ITP Live is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Brand Partnerships Manager Talent to join our Talent team.

This roles overall responsibility includes being part of the ITP Live Talent sales team and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new revenue streams and opportunities to grow the event department for ITP Live in UAE. The ideal candidate will be proactive driven and enthusiastic with a passion for creative selling and onboarding new clients.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with the team in the head office in Dubai
  • Managing any existing clients
  • Leveraging existing contacts to source new clients
  • Developing new business leads
  • Developing comprehensive creative & financial proposals based on bespoke client RFPs
  • Integrating other ITP Live services to your offers
  • Working closely with the Talent Team to develop strategies and projects for your clients
  • Liaising closely with the finance team for any project
  • Being responsible for generating revenue from agencies and direct clients
  • Maximizing ITP Live s market share in UAE
  • Developing and growing personal client base
  • Weekly monthly and quarterly sales forecasting
  • Ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved
Requirements

  • 5 years of experience
  • Educated to a degree level the ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of regional sales experience in media/agencies/content/influencers
  • Experience creating sales and project decks from scratch
  • Ambitious aggressive proactive creative and hungry for success
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize in a fastpaced work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal presentation and organizational skills


Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers, reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content for digital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effective content strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and resonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and edit articles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorial standards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developments to ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and partners, to enhance content quality and coverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across various platforms, including the brand's website, social media channels, and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorial experience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred. Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing, proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Proficient in using editorial software and tools. Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms, content management systems, and SEO best practices. Paywall experience. Project budget management skills. Desirable Attributes: Passionate about the GCC technology market. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable about the latest trends in the travel industry. Energetic, self-motivated, and results driven. International roaster of travel writers and photographers.
