The Job
- Identify clients in the technology space and initiate discussions pertaining to Recruitment and Staff Augmentation
- Understand clients requirements and develop proposals and solutions
- Follow-up with clients and build a cordial working relationship
- Analyse the market for other opporunities and work with the team to come up with solutions
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s strong presence
Requirements
- Excellent at taking the initiative and follow-ups
- Experience in planning and implementing sales
- Experience in customer relationship
- Experience managing and directing a sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Dedication to providing great customer
