• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the company's presence and revenue in the Russian-speaking market for villas and apartments.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Proactively identify and source new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with potential clients, including high net worth individuals investors, and developers from the Russian-speaking community.
