Growth Director to take over all Growth Marketing Initiatives
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all Ecommerce Platforms and optimizations (Shopify, Ecommerce, etc)
- Overall all Agencies and Ad Dollars Spent (paid social agencies, amazon agencies, etc)
- Oversee all growth initiatives (manage variable marketing budget of about $250,000/month)
- Report to VP of Marketing (and indirectly, work closely with CEO on growth initiatives)
Seeking 5-10 years experience growing DTC Brands directly with the brand.
Hybrid or in office ( person needs to be local to San Diego or south OC)
Base $140 - $150k + bonus
