Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and driving sales growth. This role involves working closely with customers and collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Understand the technical aspects of the products/services offered by the company.
• Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving technical issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide accurate information to customers.
  

Sales Support:

• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to customize products/services based on customer requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for sales pitches.
• Provide post-sales support to customers, ensuring their technical concerns are resolved promptly.
• Prepare documentation for agency pre-qualification and end-client submissions.
