- La passion de vendre et de conseiller les clients
- Au moins 3-4 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la vente / le conseil
- Une connaissance approfondie des trois axes que sont le maquillage, le soin et le parfum
- Très bonne connaissance du français, bonne connaissance de l'anglais ou de l'allemand
- Très bonnes capacités de communication
