Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator. As a key member of the Recruitment Operations Team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the recruitment process and providing an exceptional experience for our candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daytoday recruiting activities including sourcing candidates conducting and coordinating interviews and handling all communications with candidates.
- Create requisitions within the applicant tracking system promptly and accurately.
- Order and track the results of preemployment screening including backgrounds drug screens and licensing.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with new hires providing support and guidance throughout their onboarding process.
- Assist candidates with the recruitment process and address inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with hiring managers.
- Create and distribute written electronic and verbal communications essential to the recruiting process including offer and rejection letters.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the internal database.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
Key Qualifications/Skills/Attributes:
- Candidates are required to be available for work during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. Flexibility is offered to accommodate transportation needs particularly for qualified applicants.
- At least one year of experience in a recruiting or employment support role is preferred; office experience may be substituted for education and experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job board postings is preferred.
- Expert ability to provide outstanding customer service and build and maintain credibility and interpersonal relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in word processing spreadsheet presentation and email software (Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Internet).
- Ability to handle confidential sensitive and critical issues with a commitment to ethics honesty integrity and credibility.
- Solid organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail without compromising quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cooperate effectively with others.
- Resultsoriented with a proactive attitude taking initiative accepting accountability and thriving in a fastpaced environment.
- Recruitment experience in the US Market is a plus.
