Job Description

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Schedule and manage meeting room reservations, ensuring rooms are set up and equipped with necessary materials.
  • Monitor various aspects of office maintenance, including cleanliness, organization, and appearance. Report and address any issues promptly.
  • Assist executives and team members with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and handling document preparation.
  • Coordinate and place lunch orders for the team as required, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Arrange transportation services for team members or guests when necessary.
  • Provide information to visitors, offer refreshments, and ensure their needs are met during their stay.
  • Maintain vigilance for any security concerns and adhere to access control policies.
  • Serving tea and coffee to executive management and clients
  • Be a versatile multitasker, capable of juggling various responsibilities and assisting in different areas of office management.
  • The HR manager serves as the reporting line, and additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic administrative tasks
  • Salary range starting from 2500 AED.
  • Company can provide pickup from the equity metro station and drop off

Job Type: Full-time

  • Salary 2500 AED
  • In the event that you are open to relocating to company-provided accommodation, both accommodation and transportation can be arranged.
