In addition, other duties may also include scheduling appointments, organising meeting rooms, and handling mail as well as sensitive documentation, whilst keeping the reception area organised and presentable. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should be Degree educated with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar position. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in both Arabic and English, along with professional and organised approach.
