Who we are:

Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978 Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management Hospitality General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction Mining Oil and Gas industries.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Public Relations Manager to join our team.

Job Scope:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with government and regulatory bodies to facilitate all companys needed approvals invoices and transactions.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government entities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with all governmental entities and existing clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded inline with the company requirements.
  • Facilitate property transactions(Selling leasing and building) from initial inquiry to closing ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
  • Negotiate with other parties in real estate deals to ensure that the client or company obtains the necessary conditions and facilities in line with laws.
  • Handle all paperwork contracts and compliance requirements in coordination with internal parties.
  • Review and ensure proper transactions and agreements closing.
  • Ensure the timely submission of government fees and payments.
  • Manage and renew the companys trade license and other permits ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Follow up on all procedures related to real estate projects such as submitting the necessary documents to the judicial authorities updating the agreements as needed and communicating with concerned in legal department.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions transactions and business activities
  • Knowledge and ability to read and understand drawings.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree preferable in Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar fields or in Business Development or PR with a reputable Real Estate Developer.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
