· Conduct calls, site visits, negotiations, closures, and recovery efforts as a property consultant.
· Assess and qualify leads for assigned projects.
· Escort clients during site visits, providing comprehensive property information.
· Prepare clients for negotiation procedures.
· Foster equilibrium between builder and customer interests.
· Encourage and motivate customers towards purchase decisions.
