The Project Manager Strategic initiatives
Reporting Global Chief Operating Officer.
The role will lead on the delivery of client engagements to a high standard while ensuring that quality of the client relationship moves to the next level during delivery. This will mean working closely with the clients to define the objective and scope of the engagements and coordinating with external stakeholders internal resources third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical business and financial feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress analyze outcomes and ensure continuous improvement
- Measure project performance using relevant systems tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks track risks report and escalate to management as required
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders to identify ways to enhance current service offering and products placement
Requirements
- Minimum Master s degree (in business management finance economics engineering and/or other appropriate academic major with a strong background in project and program management)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role managing diverse and critical projects ideally in a start up environment
- Must have experience in using PMP tools and software
- Proficiency in the English language including the ability to listen understand read and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment.
- Excellent problem solving planning & organizing project leadership consultation delegation facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of customer needs and expectations and a keen attention to detail to exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
