Preparation of Presentations / Proposal to Prospective Clients
• Preparation Business Development / Marketing materials / Brochures
• Manage Tendering / eProcurement
• Prepare company correspondences which include offer letters, termination letters, warning letters, memoranda, official business request letters, etc.
• Send marketing materials and magazines to the clients/establishments
• Performs an initial review of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents to establish the scope of work, the Tender schedule, and the composition of the Tender team. Clarify any item(s) that are unclear
