Position: Design Engineer

Location: Dubai

Experience: 15-20 years in product engineering

Nationality: Any except Indian & Pakistani

Location: preferred from UAE and

We are in search of a suitable team lead who is into automotive parts

Experienced into vehicle parts development for both aesthetic & utility products will be

ideal

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Product Development team to finalize product

Check product installation feasibility and prepare design of the product

Convert Images or Sketches or Drawings to 3D

Create 3D model based on the scan data (Meshfile /STLFile).

Convert 3D simulation to Actual Engineered Product including A surface & B surface

Create detailed 2D Drawings as per Automotive industry standards and customer

Define Product Material of each kit

Prepare Installation Manual of the

Justify the design performance with the help of CAD Analysis

Skills:

Understanding of Automotive Interior and Exterior Parts Engineering and

(example Bumpers,interior trim panels,lighting )

Understanding of Automotive Standards and Regulations for designing genuine vehicle

Hands on experience of GD&T and Stack up tolerance analysis and strong

Able to do Reverse Engineering from Scan data or physical (MeshtoCAD/STLto

STP or IGES).

Knowledge of materials (Plastics and Metal) and its manufacturing

Able to predict expected failures in production or onfield and manage to make changes

during design

Qualification:Diploma/BE -Automotive/Mechanical
