- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) is a plus.
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in procurement or a related field, with a preference for expertise in FMCG.
- Proven track record in coordinating and executing procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
- Experience with international procurement, including knowledge of International commercial terms (Incoterms) and import/export regulations.
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract management.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices, ensuring effective coordination from supplier to end-user.
- Familiarity with procurement policies, regulations, and industry compliance standards to ensure legal and ethical procurement practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
