Requirements
Proven experience as a Plant Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical or mineral processing industry - Knowledge of plant operations, production processes, and equipment maintenance - Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing setting - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively and efficiently - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety - Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the maintenance team and other stakeholders -
