- High ownership to programs and deliver on the highest standard of customer experience
- Strong prioritization skills with ability to balance customer experience with business priorities.
- Clear, effective communication to present customer backward view that enable delivering on the goal.
- Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
