GyanDhan was started in 2016 by two IIT alumni- Ankit Mehra and Jainesh Sinha. Since its inception, GyanDhan has disbursed over INR 2500 crores in education loans. GyanDhan has recently ventured into the domestic segment offering interest-free loans for school fees, college fees, and upskilling courses. The Company has partnered with more than 400 institutes in India to date.

Job description:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Involved in the Finalization of accounts, taxation, budgeting, and forecasting
  2. Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management
  3. Assists management to make financial decisions
  4. Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
  5. Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business
  6. Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance i.e., RBI regulatory requirements i.e Calculation of CRAR, NIM, etc.
  7. Reconcile bank statements
  8. Monitor the cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments


Job Specification:

  1. Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  2. Knowledge of financial regulations
  3. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  4. Excellent analytical abilities
  5. Good verbal and written communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Skills : 1-3 yrs experience in relevant field,accounting,finance
