Job description:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Involved in the Finalization of accounts, taxation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management
- Assists management to make financial decisions
- Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
- Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business
- Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance i.e., RBI regulatory requirements i.e Calculation of CRAR, NIM, etc.
- Reconcile bank statements
- Monitor the cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
Job Specification:
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
