Monaire is seeking to hire interns onto our Customer Success technician team in Madison, WI.

Our customer success technician interns work with our technicians to diagnose and repair issues detected by our smart sensors and artificial intelligence algorithms.

Monaire is revolutionizing HVAC/R repairs. This role presents an amazing opportunity for technicians starting their careers to learn more about the latest in HVAC and refrigeration fault detection, diagnostics and repair. You will also get a chance to work with some of the best HVAC technicians in the Madison market. Your responsibilities include -

• Work closely with our Monaire technicians and partner technicians to diagnose HVAC/R issues.
  
• Use Monaire diagnostics app to identify potential issues and recommend repairs.
  
• Act as an HVAC/R expert, provide guidance to Monaire operations agents.
  
• Recommend repairs/upgrades to help customers have a more reliable and efficient HVAC/R experience.
  
• Provide feedback to help improve Monaires diagnostics capabilities.
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have -

• Knowledge about HVAC and refrigeration systems via past work experiences or via course material
  
• Ability to use mobile and web applications (e.g., customer data management software) to view diagnostics information, enter data, update customer records etc.
  
• Valid driver s license.
  
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
