Job Description
This position is a member of the Corporate Marketing Team reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Business Development. The Marketing Analyst is a team lead owning managerial execution of three key areas: Salesforce, GDSN platforms and Sales Team Reporting & Analytics. Role requires working closely with sales teams and key customers to provide data & insights continually improving our processes allowing our organization to sell more effectively and drive long-term growth. Data synchronization and accuracy of these three key areas across company platforms such as Infor M3, Optiva and Blacksmith will require software intuition, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Competencies
Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Excellent planning and organization, project management and time management skills. Must be able to learn as well as train.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills evidenced by the ability to mine data, identify performance trends and mobilize key findings into actionable recommendations. Strong spreadsheet modeling skills are required.
Organizational Skills - Ensure projects are tracked and completed in a timely manner; Multi-tasking and various external and internal contacts will require strong organizational skills.
