Kitchen Steward

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing area, equipment, and utensils
• Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits as needed
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and ingredients
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain a clean and organized storeroom
• Assist the kitchen team in basic food preparation tasks
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Assist with occasional cleaning tasks in other areas of the hotel as required
  

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting or even freshers are welcome
• Must be in UAE
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in a kitchen environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects if required
