Job Description

  • Draft, review, and update website terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), non-compete agreements (NCAs), invoice terms, and payment terms.
  • Review and advise on contracts for employees, collaborators, and clients.
  • Provide legal support and advice on various aspects of the business, including compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the management team to identify and mitigate legal risks as the company expands.
  • Understanding of contract law, commercial law, and corporate governance of UAE and GCC.
  • Strong understanding of legal principles relevant to a medical research business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
