Requirements

• Relevant university degree from a recognised institution required
  
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role required
  
• Full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great
  
• Ideally client facing management experience, alongside recruiting
  
• Business development skills and huge ambition to build a high-growth
  
• Leadership and communication ability with vision and strong beliefs about the
